We value transparency and want you to feel confident ordering from yemvegan. Please review the policy below, as return eligibility depends on the type of product purchased.
Food & Perishable Items (Local Pickup & Delivery Only)
All food and perishable items are final sale.
Food items are only available for local pickup or delivery on Martha’s Vineyard and are not eligible for return or refund due to food safety regulations.
If your food order is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Non-Perishable Merchandise (Including Home Goods, Apparel & Swimwear)
We accept returns on eligible non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Tags must be attached

Proof of purchase is required
A restocking fee of 11% may apply to approved returns. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before the return is finalized.
Swimwear Returns
Swimwear is eligible for return only if:

Unworn and unused

All original tags and hygienic liners are intact

Item is returned in original condition
Any swimwear that shows signs of wear, washing, or removal of hygienic liners is not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
